Block ControlPanel 

 You can block control panel to prevent to access settings and unistall apps. None connect wifi and bluetooth via GUI. 

 @Method of: get run command via windows + R
                        typing gpedit.msc
                       check user configuration( left) -> administrative template -> control panel -> prohibit access to control panel and PC settings
                        Enabled, apply and ok
                    
next, typing in run command : regedit

  Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer
    change key value to 1 from "NoControlPanel"

 don't forget sign out account and sign in comeback!!!
