Kill Windows Explorer and Black Screen

    explorer from run command is File explorer.
    Windows Explorer in task manager is desktop and all. Kill it and Black Screen.

@Method of: 
      run command and typing regedit
Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon
     change key value to 1 instead of explorer.exe
   Normal to explorer.exe
